insurelic.com is operated by Geetha, an individual agent of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agent Code 106374S, Thuckalay Branch, TVL Division). It is a personal agent's website and is not operated by, endorsed by, or an official channel of LIC.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, which form part of them.
3. What this site is, and is not
The pages here describe insurance plans in general terms and give you ways to contact me. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell insurance, an acceptance of a proposal, or a contract of insurance.
A policy is issued by Life Insurance Corporation of India (IRDAI Registration Number 512) and comes into existence only when LIC accepts a completed proposal, receives the premium, and issues a policy document. Your rights and obligations are set by that policy document, the sales brochure for the plan, and LIC's terms, not by anything written here.
4. Accuracy of the information
Plan names, plan numbers, UINs, features and examples on this site are provided in good faith and checked periodically against LIC's published material. They are summaries, not complete descriptions, and they can fall out of date: LIC revises, renumbers and withdraws plans from time to time.
Always confirm the current position from the plan's sales brochure and policy document, or by asking me directly, before you make a decision. Where this site differs from LIC's official documents, LIC's documents prevail.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Disputes about a policy itself are dealt with under LIC's grievance process and the applicable insurance regulations.
